Temporary holding areas at CWDFs

C-I/DEC.27 adopted by the Conference of the States Parties at its First Session on 16 May 1997 and entitled Temporary holding areas at chemical weapons destruction facilities  [Pg.147]

Recalling that the Commission, in its PC-V/12, subparagraph 6.6(c), adopted the recommendation that temporary holding areas at chemical weapons destruction facilities be defined as locations within the declared perimeter of a chemical weapons destruction facility. [Pg.147]

Recalling that the Commission also adopted the recommendation that these holding areas should contain at any time no more than one week s amoimt of agent or material, based on the declared design capacity of the destruction facility. [Pg.147]

Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 49.2.5 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above mentioned recommendation. [Pg.147]

Adopts the recommendation with respect to temporary holding areas at chemical weapons [Pg.147]
