Tadalafil Aspirin

Drugs that may interact with nitrates include alcohol, alteplase, aspirin, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, dihydroergotamine, heparin, nondepolarizing muscle relaxants, phenothiazines, phosphodiesterase inhibitors (eg, sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil), and vasodilators. 

Bieeding disorders Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil have no effect on bleeding time when taken alone or with aspirin. 

Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil do not potentiate the increased bleeding time seen with aspirin. 

A randomised, double-blind, parallel-group study in a total of 28 subjects found that a single 10-mg dose of tadalafil did not increase the bleeding time after aspirin 300 mg daily was taken for 5 days7 There would seem to be no reason for taking speeial preeautions if both drugs are used.
