Sweet Cicely

Many wild plants are edible, but they have a much more bitter flavor than we re used to so try small amounts to start with. For example, the sharpness of dandelion leaves, picked before the flowers come out, is definitely an acquired taste. On the other hand, sweet cicely has sugary leaves that combine deliciously with stewed fruit.
