Supervise/manage/direct facilities management

Throughout the coal and gas outburst accident in the past 13 years from 2001-2012, no matter the number of accidents or deaths in 2012, both reached the best level in the new century, the situation of coal and gas outburst accident has improved prominently. However, it still need to put more effort in turning the significant improvement into a fundamental transformation. According to the study results of this text, strengthen outburst prevention management, improve outburst prevention equipment and facilities, enhance outburst prevention staff skills, reinforce supervision and control and so on, are the directions and focuses of outburst prevention work in the future.
