Pyrimethamine and sulphadoxine were extracted from plasma and separated on a C 8 column (A = 240nm) using a 65/20/15/0.1 water/acetonitrile/methanol/ triethylamine mobile phase [1498]. Peak shapes were excellent and baseline resolution was achieved in 12 min. The reported linear range and detection limit for pyrimethamine was 6.25-2000 ng/mL and 7 ng/mL, and for sulpha-doxine were 0.625 pg/mL and 15 ng/mL. [Pg.514]
