Sulfonamides as Nucleophiles

The chloroacetoxylation approach was also used for the stereoselective synthesis of tropine and pseudotropine employing a sulfonamide as nucleophile [80]. By the same approach, scopine and pseudoscopine were synthesized (Scheme 8-23) [81].
