Subject trisulfides

This compound may be prepared by the same procedure just described except that either 24.5g of arsenic trisulfide or 20g of the trioxide is used. The solution is not evaporated to dryness, neither is the salt subjected to recrystallization, because of accompanying decomposition. The yield, which depends on the extent of evaporation, is usually about 60g. [Pg.69]
