STEP V PROBATION—ORGANIZATIONS

The court shall order a term of probation if the court finds that  

Within the limits set by the guidelines, the term of probation should be sufficient, but not more than necessary, to accomplish the court s specific objectives in imposing the term of probation, 

That determination of necessity shall be made in writing after the parties have had the opportunity to present relevant information to the court. 

The court may order the organization, at its expense and in the format and media speeified by the eourt, to publieize the nature of the offense committed, the feet of conviction, the nature of the pimishment imposed, and the steps that will be taken to prevent the recurrence of similar offenses. 

In fashioning the conditions of probation, the court shall place particular emphasis on provisions requiring the organization to identify and correct the violations.
