Gallium has two NMR-active isotopes (spin 1 = 3 /2), Ga and Ga, with the latter possessing a higher receptivity in addition to narrower relative line width however, NMR studies for both isotopes are equally reported and studied. Chemical shifts are generally reported with respect to either Ga(N03)3 or [Ga(H20)6] " with the chemical shift window being approximately 1400 ppm (this follows suit with the corresponding A1 compounds) (Table 2). [Pg.1365]
