Chicago Beer Society Headhunters Brewing Club [Pg.203]

The spicing of this beer was determined by recipes in The Cat s Meow with the help of my assistant brewmaster, Linas Bartuska. This beer took a while to mellow. At first, it tasted a bit like dishwashing liquid. After 3 months it really mellowed and tasted very much like Anchor s Christmas Ale 1991. Pure Seal (smartcaps) bottle caps are highly recommended to preserve the aromatics of this beer. [Pg.203]
