Sores tricyclic acylphloroglucinols

Recently, other new structural types of prenylated phloroglucinols have been isolated from the aerial parts of H. papuanum, traditionally used in Papua New Guinea for the treatment of sores [59]. Among the new compounds obtained from this plant, the tricyclic acylphloroglucinols, papuaforins A-E, Fig. (11), should especially be mentioned.
