Six Sigma implementations

Deming was one ofthe foremost thinkers on variability. He provided Japanese management with theories and methods that prepared the roadmap of Japanese economic success, which has since been expanded upon as TQM and Six Sigma implementations by organizations across the globe (Deming, 1986 Latzko Saunders, 1995). 

Along this paper a case study is presented where Ergonomic principles were implemented in combination with a Lean Six Sigma implementation. Metrics of productivity, production capacity... 

With a Six S jna focus, an organization s culture can start to shift to one with a systematic approach to problem solving and a proactive attitude among all employees. Successful Six Sigma implementation success can contribute to the overall sense of pride of the employees.
