Rollinia ulei

From the dichloromethane extract of the stems of Rollinia ulei (Annonaceae), three aporphine alkaloids were isolated as the principles responsible for the inhibitory activity on yeast recombinant CD45 tyrosine phosphatase. The most potent alkaloid was nomuciferine (51), with an IC5o=5.3 pM[148].
