Ironically, despite the emphasis on finding all studies, in their meta-meta-analysis Jadad et al. (2000) did not find the one carried out by Richardson and Bablok (1992). Since Bernhard Bablok worked in my group at CIBA-Giegy and Bill Richardson was a colleague, I am biased, but I think that this is a finer meta-analysis than many in asthma that will appear in the CC.
