Retinoid receptors ligand-binding assay

This method utilizes the hgand-binding assay for retinoids described previously (14,23) and in Subheading 3.1., in combination with immunoprecipita-tion with anti-retinoid receptor subtype-selective antibodies (23). This assay is therefore a modification of earlier descnbed intracellular receptor ligand-binding immunoprecipitation techniques (ref. 11-13 see Note 4).
