Resonance light scattering characteristics

The ultrasonic absorption data for all solutions studied were measured over the frequency range 0.7-100 MHz with a resonator (5) and a conventional pulse technique. The CTAB was obtained from MERCK in the grade "zur analyse". The viscoelastic behavior was detected by a visual method and by the light scattering observed when the system placed between crossed nicols was exposed to mechanical stress.
