As with the generalized compressibility-factor correlation, the complexity ol the functions (H f/RZ. H Y/RZ. (S /R, and S Y/R preclude then general representation by simple equations. However, the correlation for Z basec on generalized virial coefficients and valid at low pressures can be extended U the residual properties. Numerical results from FFF. We now show numerical results from each FFF applied to the same mixture an equimolar gaseous mixture of methane(l) and sulfur hexaflu-oride(2) at 60°C and 20 bar. We determined residual properties for this mixture in 4.5.5 and excess properties in 5.3.1-5.3.3. For the equation of state we use the simple virial equation written in volume-explicit form.
