Reprints and posters

The distribution of reprints of clinical papers or posters by sales representatives on a booth is regarded as promotional. Therefore only reprints and posters that are within the terms of the licence may be used. In many countries they must be certified as a promotional item. [Pg.8]

If there is a separate medical information portion of the booth, reprints and posters can usually be provided in response to unsolicited questions. [Pg.8]

It is recommended that Table 3.2 be checked for the applicable country before ordering any reprints for an international congress booth. [Pg.8]

Is the product or indication licensed in the country where the conference is being held  [Pg.9]

If not, what are the rules about unlicensed or off-label promotion, e.g. is a statement required about where the product or indication is licensed or is it forbidden to promote the products  [Pg.9]
