Refolding experiments with reduced protein

For all these proteins the spontaneous refolding of reduced and unfolded molecules was obtained under well-defined conditions. However, for disulfide bridged proteins different kinds of experiments were performed. The refolding process was studied either for unfolded proteins with disulfide bridges kept intact or for unfolded and reduced proteins. These different types of data are presented in following sections.
