Reduction nitrogen desorption, effect

The equipment used in the hydrogen reduction studies was used in these investigations. The samples were maintained at 488° with a total gas flow of 21 l./hr. The partial pressure of water in the nitrogen carrier gas was 22.7 mm. of Hg during adsorption and effectively zero during the desorption.
