Our company has faced a number of challenges since the initial framework was created. We have shifted our business model to that of a real estate investment trust, sold a large part of our business portfolio, and updated the company strategies. Our workforce has dropped from fifty thousand employees in 2005 to approximately thirteen thousand in 2011.
