Metal nanofilm electrodes were prepared by physical evaporation directly on the internal surfaces of a positive can of 2016 stainless coin cells. Weighted metal chunks and cans were preliminarily rinsed with ethanol and dried in a vacuum oven at 150°C for a couple of hours. Then they were rapidly transferred into the evaporation chamber.
