Pyrazole, 4-hydroxy-3,5-diphenyl

Aus Diphenyl-cyclopropenon wird mit Hydrazin in 30%iger Ausbeute 4,5(3)-Diphenyl-3 (5 J -hydroxy-1H-pyrazol erhalten1352. Diphenyl-methylthio-cyclopropenylium-bromid reagiert mit substituierten Hydrazi-nen zu 1,4,5-trisubstituierten lH-Pyrazolen in geringer Ausbeute2461. 

Recently, the pyrazole group containing bisphenols have been synthesized from activated aromatic dihalides and 3,5-bis (4-hydroxy phenyl)-4-phenyl pyrazole or 3,5-bis(4-hydroxy phenyl)-1,4-diphenyl pyrazole. A novel synthesis of imido aryl containing bisphenols has been reported [32]. N-substituted l,4-bis(4-hydroxy phenyl)-2,3-naphthalimides were prepared from phenolphthalein and copolymerized with aromatic sulfone or ketone difluorides to obtain the poly(imidoaryl ether) sulfones/ ketones. 

With a-hydroxy ketones and their related tosyloxy derivatives. The imidazo [2,T ]thiazole 364 was prepared by acetic acid-catalyzed cyclocondensation of 2-hydroxy-l,2-diphenyl-ethanone with thiophenyl-substituted 2-aminothiazole 363 (Equation 163) <2002MI110>. Under MW irradiation and in the presence of montmorillonite K-10 clay, a mixture of a-tosyloxyketones 365 and 2-imidazolidinethione led to the substituted 5,6-dihydro-imidazo[2,l- ]thiazoles 366 (Equation 164) <1998J(P1)4093>. When using a-tosyloxyacetophenone, prepared by reaction of acetophenone with [hydroxyl(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB), 5-aminopyrazole 367 could be converted to imidazo[l,2- ]pyrazole 368 in basic medium (Equation 165) <2005JHC209>. 

The reaction of 2-pyridylhydrazine and EMME in diphenyl ether at 190°C for 30 min give ethyl 5-hydroxy-l-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole-4-carboxylate in 6% yield (89MI435).

Diphenyl-4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-l/7-pyrazoles and 3,5-diphenyl-l//-pyrazoles were synthesized and evaluated for in vitro cytotoxic activity against a panel of human cancer cell lines <2005BML3177>. A series of pyrazole oxime ether derivatives 884 were prepared and examined as cytotoxic agents <2005BML3307>. 

Bei der Reaktion von l-(2,3-Diphenyl-3-oxo-propanoyl)-2-oxo-pyrrolidin mit Hydrazin-Di-hydrosulfat wird unter Abspaltung des Pyrrolidin-Restes an Stelle von Wasser 4,5(3)-Diphenyl-3(5)-hydroxy-1 H-pyrazol (30% Schmp. 234°) gebildet242. 

Carbonsaure-hydrazide mit reaktiven Gruppen, die eine Funfring-Bildung ermoglichen, cycli-sieren zu 3- oder 5-Hydroxy-l H-pyrazolen. Phenyl-propinsaure-hydrazid und -(2-phenyl-hydrazid) bilden beim Erhitzen iiber ihren Schmelzpunkt 3(5)-Hydroxy-5(3)-phenyl- (Schmp. 106°) bzw. 1,5-Diphenyl-3-hydroxy-1 H-pyrazol (Schmp. 252°)608 ... 

Aryl-l,2-dithiolium-Salze und 1,2-disubstituierte Hydrazine dienenzur Herstellung von 1,2-disubstituierten Pyrazolium-Salzen996,1381. Aus 3,5-Diphenyl-l,2-dithiolium-4-olat und einem Hydrazin-Hydrat-OberschuB wird in ethanolischer Losung durch Erhitzen 3,5-Diphenyl-4-hydroxy-lH-pyrazol (90% Schmp. 239°) gebildet997 ... 

Diphenyl-2-methylthio- und 2,4,6-Triphenyl-l,3-thiazinium-perchlorat reagieren mit Hy-drazin, Benzyl- und Anilinocarbonyl-hydrazin (bei den Acyl-hydrazinen unter Abspaltung des Acyl-Restes) zu 3,5-Diphenyl-1H-pyrazol [45-68% Schmp. 200° (Methanol)]2054. 6-Alkoxycarbonyl-2,3-dihydro-l,4-thiazin verhalt sich gegeniiber Hydrazin wie das En-amin eines 3-Oxo-carbonsaure-esters und gibt so 4-(2-Anilino-ethylthio)-5(3)-hydroxy-3(5)-methyl-1 H-pyrazol1203. 

Die hydrolytisch leicht abspaltbare 4-Sulfo-Gruppe wird in 1,5-Diphenyl-3-methyl-4-sulfo-l H-pyrazol durch Brom-Wasser zu 4-Brom-l,5-diphenyl-3-methyl-1 H-pyrazol substituiert1402. In l-Aryl-5-hydroxy-3-methyl-4-sulfo-lH-pyrazol wird bei der Azo-Kupplung in 4-Position der Sulfonsaure-Rest abgespalten1529,1530, ebenfalls bei der Nitrosierung1529. 

Boro-lH-pyrazole werden von Wasserstoffperoxid zu den entsprechenden Hydroxy-Verbindun-gen oxidiert so wird aus 5(3)-Boro-3(5),4-diphenyl-l H-pyrazol mit 30%iger Wasserstoffperoxid (5 min in siedendem Ethanol) 3(5),4-Diphenyl-5(3)-hydroxy-1 H-pyrazol (Schmp. 232-237°) erhalten1990.

Wesentlich bessere Ergebnisse erhalt man mit einem Pyrazol-Dienpartner, dessen Dien-Teil Teil eines Pyrans ist. Dieses Pyrano-pyrazol wird auf einfache Weise durch Kondensation und nachfolgende Addition von l,3-Diphenyl-5-hydroxy-pyrazol mit zwei Molekiilen Aceton her-gcstellt465. Aus diesem Zwischenprodukt konnen durch Reaktion mit starken Dienophilen (Bu-tindisaure-diester) hochsubstituierte lH-Indazole hergestellt werden465 469 z. B. ...
