Program for finding coefficients of NASA Polynomials

The coding follows NASA TN D-767. The values of all thermochemical functions are forced to fit the input values at 1000 K. The units of the input data are interpreted to be those of the input value of the gas constant R. A sample input data deck is included at the end of the listing.
