Production Increase of Ring Spinning Frames

In the past decades the spindle speed has increased continuously, and it will keep increasing in the future. In 1965, it was around 10,000 min , in 1985 around 15,000 min at present it is between 20,000 and 25,000 min .  

The increase in spindle speed is caused by many development steps. The main influence is the reduction of the ring diameter to 40 mm. The reduction in cop weight is economicaiiy viabie oniy for an automated connection of ring spinning and winding machines. 

Another important trend is the reduction of energy consumption in general.
