Pressure-drop-through-a-hole equation

This is an important equation to remember. It is the pressure drop through a hole, equation. It works for water, steam, air, gasoline, alcohol, and all other fluids, unless viscosity is important. A viscosity of less than 20 or 30 centipoise (cp) (i.e., like hot maple syrup) means that viscosity is not important.
