It is important that pharmacists are aware of the contents of their respective parts of the Drug Tariff. The Drug Tariff is updated on a monthly basis and so is the primary reference source for information on drugs and other substances not to be prescribed on an NHS prescription form. However, the British National Formulary does also indicate if an item is not to be prescribed on the NHS by annotating the monograph in the text with a crossed-out NHS (see Figure 2.4). 

Take an example, imagine a new system administrator notices that, within the drug administration frequency reference dataset, someone has accidentally created two data items 3 times a day and three times a day . He also notices that there is no entry for five times a day . He can kill two birds with one stone he accesses the redundant 3 times a day option and replaces the text with five times a day . Being a diligent individual he navigates to the prescribing screen and, sure enough, all options are appropriately present and both issues have been fixed. 

Appendix C presents some correlations between various soil properties. The correlations which are referred to in the main text of this Manual are gathered in this appendix and are sorted per subject, following the structure of the Manual. It is not the intention of this appendix to prescribe which correlation should be used, nor is the intention to give a complete overview of all available correlations. The subject correlations can only be used within the specific conditions as described in the corresponding literature. In view of the particular importance of the relative density as a soil property in a hydraulic fill, some correction methods are proposed for particular soils or circumstances.
