Pre-reject

We can use multi-level sampling to make CEIMC more efficient [19]. An empirical potential is used to pre-reject moves that would cause particles to overlap and be rejected anyway. A trial move is proposed and accepted or rejected based on a classical potential... 

In practice we move all slices of all protons at the same time by a simple random move in a box and we pre-reject the moves with the effective pair action. 

Vaccines Yes. Wyeth Vaccine, called VIG or vaccinia immune globulin, one dose by scarification. (Pre- and post-exposure vaccination recommended if greater than three years passed since last vaccine.) Persons who are pregnant, have clinical immunosuppression (such as persons who have undergone heart and other transplant operations and take medicines to control rejection of their new, transplanted organ), eczema, and/or leukemia/ lymphoma would be contraindicated for such vaccine. As one example, the fatality rate for immunosuppressed persons taking such vaccine could be as high as 75 percent or more. 

In the absence of an accurate determination of prediction errors, it was not possible to calculate a mismatch level specific to each compound, although a method was proposed by which it could if this situation were to change. Instead, a generic mismatch level needed to be adopted above which postulates were rejected and below which postulates were accepted. The problem in this situation is the large variation in prediction accuracy, e.g., two similar postulates of which only one is truly correct, but whose common parts are well predicted, will both yield a mismatch below a generic threshold. A mismatch criterion specific to each postulate, would be a pre-requisite for a calculation of the probability that the postulate was indeed correct.

After polishing, the specimens were stored in a desiccator until testing. Once mounted in the specimen holder, the specimen was scanned for fibers that were spaced a minimum of 2 /rm and a maximum of one half of their diameter from the nearest neighbor. Matrix conditions near the fiber of interest were also considered. Fibers near voids, cracks, or surface damage or those fibers that showed a pre-existing interfacial crack were rejected. Once a suitable fiber end was located, its diameter and distance to the nearest neighbor were entered for data reduction purposes. 

For pre-study validation, no validation batch should be rejected, unless with assignable causes. VS from a pre-study validation can be used later as QC samples.
