Polyurethane replica molding

Replica Molding (REM) A PDMS stamp is cast against a conventionally patterned master. Polyurethane is then molded against the secondary PDMS master. In this way, multiple copies can be made without damaging the original master. The technique can replicate features as small as 30 nm. [Pg.1078]

Several approaches have been developed that utilize PDMS stamps, formed as described above by casting PDMS onto a silicon master and curing it, as molds. In replica molding, a polymeric material (e.g., polyurethane) is formed by using the PDMS as a mold, enabUng multiple... [Pg.3601]
