Plasma polymer deposition, measurement temperature

The circulation of a temperature-controlled liquid controlled the temperature of the crystal surface on which the plasma polymer deposits. In order to measure the substrate temperature accurately, two thermocouples are placed in the fluid-circulating tubes (inlet and outlet) just outside of the plasma reactor. The substrate temperature is estimated from the average of the thermocouple readings.
