Placement and Prominence of Label Statements

EPA requires that all information required to be on the label - words, statements, graphics - be clearly legible to a pterson with normal vision. Furthermore, they must be conspicuous in relation to other material on the label to the extent that the ordinary person would be likely to read the label under normal purchase and use circumstances. [Pg.297]

Finally, all required text must be in English, although EPA may require or the registrant may propose text in other languages. When another language is used on a label, it will be subject to the same requirements as the English language version. [Pg.297]
