Pissodes Grandisol

The pheromone bouquet of the pecan weevil, Curculio caryae is similar to that of the boll weevil however, it also contains (lS,2JR)-grandisol. The quantitative composition of the blend determines whether it is more attractive to the pecan weevil or to the boll weevil [386].
