Physical aging annealing experiment

Positron Annihilation Data. The effect of irradiation time and source strength on the o-Ps annihilation (25) in PMMA is minimal (18,19) and does not have a significant effect on the physical ageing experiments. The possible effects of charging on oPs annihilation will be discussed in detail elsewhere. Samples were annealed for 30 minutes before ageing and then quenched in water for 1 minute. Samples were aged at 30, 50 and 80 C for respectively 0,4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 hours. [Pg.230]
