Yeast microbodies from a Kloechera sp. have been immobilized by entrapment in a photocrosslinkable resin composed of hydroxyethylacrylate and polyethylene glycol, and by intra-crosslinking with glutaraldehyde in the presence of albumin. The activities and properties of gel-entrapped and free microbodies were compared.
