Any human can be recognized based on his/her physiological or behavioral characteristics [1]. Each characteristic should be universal, distinct, time invariant, and easily collectable. The palmprint as a biometric modality is gaining acceptance in the field of biometrics. As compared to other biometric modalities, it is bestowed with enormous information (i.e..
