Paddock grazing

Recommended to repeat 3-4 weeks after first treatment and avoid further grazing of ascarid egg-contaminated paddocks for 12 months. 

Personal interviews of horse owners and veterinarians and clinical research has revealed that many horses exhibit many of the symptoms of E+ toxicosis while consuming only small quantities in hay, small patches of E+ fescue hay in paddocks, or even by grazing a small quantity of E+ fescue under paddock fences (Cross et al., 1999). Therefore, pastures must be completely rid of E+ fescue to prevent toxicosis in horses.
