Packings for Sliding Components Pistons etc

Highest demands have to be met by such packings. They have to seal well pistons of presses and pumps in the stuffing boxes and to dissipate the friction heat quickly to the outside. Dimensioning of stuffing boxes and choice of suitable packings have already been dealt with (see
