Add the sodium bicarbonate and the sodium hexametaphosphate to the blender. Mix five minutes. Add the Rhodacal DS-10 with mixing. Add the optical brightener with mixing. Mix until uni form. 

Appearance White, free-flowing powder pH, 1% Solution 8.5
