These authors suggest that while Ba(thd)2(tetraglyme) is not suitable for deposition of Ba-containing metal oxide films using conventional precursor delivery, it might be suitable for use in nontraditional liquid delivery methods. 

Nontraditional oxidation catalysts have also been shown to be highly effective for methanol ammoxidation. An example of this is the use of manganese phosphate modified by potassium, calcium, molybdenum, zinc, and/or iron (100).
