Oxcarbazepine Erythromycin

Cimetidine, erythromycin, and dextropropoxyphene had no effect on the pharmacokinetics of MHD. Results with warfarin show no evidence of interaction with either single or repeated doses of oxcarbazepine. [Pg.1278]

Erythromycin does not appear to affect the pharmacokinetics of oxcarbazepine. [Pg.545]

In a study in 8 healthy subjects the pharmacokinetics of a single 600-mg dose of oxcarbazepine was unaffected by erythromycin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days. Erythromycin appears not to interact with oxcarbazepine, and no speeial precautions therefore seem to be required during eoneurrent use. [Pg.545]
