Organotin Halides Containing Alkoxy Groups

Organotin compounds proposed to carry halogen and alkoxlde groups on tin are compiled in this chapter. The compounds are prepared by the following methods. 

II Reaction of diorganotin dihalide with diorganotin dialkoxide. 

Ill Partial halogenation of organotin oxides with hydrochloric or hydrobromic acid and ROH.
