Organizational form product, organizing

The organizational forms and the attitudes of job holders in organizations do not exist in a vacuum. They are also a product of the attributes of the job holders within them and the wider society in which they operate. This specific issue could also be addressed in a more fundamental, organizational way, by forming a joint Supply Organization that includes both production and supply chain functions. [Pg.293]
