Option Buttons and a Drop-down List Box

This example illustrates the use of option buttons in combination with the drop-down list box of the preceding example. The option buttons are used to specify whether to display the address or telephone number corresponding to the selected name. 

ColumnOffset is used in the following formula, in cell L8, to specify whether to return either the address (in column B of the range DirectoryTable, or the telephone number in column C of DirectoryTable
