As for the rotational g tensor this operator is very similar to the one for the diamagnetic contribution to the nuclear magnetic shielding tensor but with one of the electronic... 

The diamagnetic shielding tensor describes the interaction of the magnetic field induction with the nuclear magnetic moment, mediated by the orbital motion of the electrons. We note that the diamagnetic shielding tensor is a 3 x 3 nonsymmetric tensor operator, and thus in general has nine independent elements.
