DNA crosslinks, in particular from one guanine to another (17%). It is estimated that a 100 pM eoneentration of sulfur mustard aeeounts for 0.28 crosslinks per 10,000 DNA bases (Shahin et ah, 2001).

Dinucleoside triphosphates such as GpppG have been prepared by the reaction of the nucleoside monophosphate (2 moles) with S,S -bis(4-chlorophenyl) phosphorodithioate, in the presence of silver(I) ions.
