It is considered one of the most complete and reliable databases of accidents, incidents, and failures in the offshore oil and gas industry. Therefore, this section presents offshore oil and gas rigs accident analysis of data obtained from WOAD. [Pg.139]

As per Reference 3, WOAD contains a total of 6183 records concerning near misses, incidents, accidents, etc. Geographical distribution of these records is as follows [3]  [Pg.139]
