Observer with reality, links

We can go yet another step further in this cautious tapping at the higher domains. One point is linked to the trivial observation made earlier, that arose is not a rose for a hsh. In fact, this is tantamount to saying that there are as many realities as there are different observers, since each of them will have a different internal structure, and therefore a different co-emergence with the environment. When extrapolated, this takes us to Varela s notion of groundless-ness, the lack of an objective, unique reahty and to the even more complex concept of the simultaneous existence of many different worlds. 

The general validity of the Forster cycle approach is undoubtedly linked first of all with the reality of the assumed microscopic reversibility of exdted-state proton transfer reactions. Secondly, the reliability of the K scale should be checked, when possible, against directly determined K values of well behaved photoacids. Furthermore, for the general validity of the IC scale to hold as defined by the Forster cycle its validity should not depend on the photoacid actually reaching equilibrium conditions or even on observing at all an excited-state proton transfer reaction within the finite lifetime of the excited state. These assertions should be carefully tested and checked before establishing the general applicability of the Forster cycle. 

To the casual observer today the most obvious feature of the mysterious and secret underground world of Corsham is the Copenacre Royal Naval Storage Depot, an incongruous group of sinister, squat, wartime bunkers and modem offices crouching beside the main A4 trunk road about a mile outside the town. In other words, the researchers in natural sciences, observing the objective reality, should propose equations by which linking the causes (and they must often be intuited) with the observed effects, then to solve these equations (and often this can not be in an exact way), then check the solutions obtained in concrete cases (and an equation with a viable solution have to cover a large number of phenomena observed), and finally to compare the numerical values obtained with those observed (in fact measured by experiment-and there appeared again a big problem, that of the measured phenomenon objectivity when it is isolated or challenged...
