Nystatin, Neomycin Sulfate, Gramicidin, and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment 

Add item 6 to the melt while mixing. Transfer the melt to the mixer through filters and cool to 40°C while mixing. 

Add 60.0 g of item 5 in stainless steel container and disperse item 1 manually by using a spatula. Homogenize two times with homogenizer (gap setting 1) to make smooth dispersion and then transfer to the mixer. 

Add 20.0 g of item 5 in a stainless steel container and disperse items 2, 4, and 3 by using homogenizer to make a smooth dispersion. Homogenize until no lumps. 

Transfer the dispersion to the mixer. Rinse the homogenizer and stainless steel container with 20.0 g of item 5 and transfer the rinsing to the mixer.
