This method is frequently used as a qualitative method for the initial selection of hazardous (dangerous) machines and machinery systems. The method makes use of 

51 Minor (minor injury, reversible), e.g. scratch, cut bruise 

52 Minor injury (normally irreversible, including death), fracture, limb detachment, or 

FI Two times or less per shift (random) or max. 15-minute exposure (short exposure) 

F2 More than two times per shift or longer than 15-minute exposure
