North LGV requirements and the Channel Tunnel

From an operational perspective, the North LGV requires higher-performance signaling requirements in comparison to other existing lines as a result of the following factors  

This transmission is achieved through the rails. The train has sensors on the front of the first axle, which enables it to capture information from the ground. On board, the safety computer calculates and then displays the speed limit to the conductor, using the emergency break if the conductor does not respect the authorized Umit. 

The [MOE 07] setting corresponded to the need for speed tables (input/output block, different for the North LGV and for the Channel Tnnnel). The configuration of the input/output has to be adapted to the geographic configuration of the lines and signaling posts.

For on-board equipment TVM 430, coded uniprocessor technology was retained.
